You know what they say, “It’s always next season somewhere!” Actually, no one says that, but it does feel like fashion week is on one never-ending loop. The latest city to ride the carousel of great street style is Berlin, where the Euro crowd has gathered to take in the first round of Fall 2014. The historic Brandenburg Gate makes for the perfect backdrop of this batch of Berlin Fashion Week shots by Toronto-based photographer Jaclyn Locke, who captured the ladies, gents, peacocks and one apparent living Cabbage Patch Kid doll (seriously that hair is some crazy ish).

As per fashion week staple, fur was spotted everywhere—from a plush fox coat worn over a demure full skirt and with Valentino’s iconic Rockstud heels, to a bright red fun fur scarf. Mid-winter pastels were also quite trendy amongst the crowd, with baby blue and cotton candy pink making statements against grey skies.

Click through this first batch of street style from Berlin Fashion Week and be sure to come back for a second round on Monday. You’ll platz!
